Seaglass HQ ("we", "our", or "us") provides an agency operations platform that helps social media agencies manage content calendars, client approvals, social publishing, ad budgets, and reporting. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted). If you sign up through a connected identity provider, we receive the information that provider shares with us.
Agency and client data. Content you create in Seaglass HQ — including client records, content calendars, captions, images, ad briefs, budgets, and reports — is stored so the platform can function. This may include information about your clients that you choose to enter.
Connected accounts. If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Meta Ad Account, we receive and store access tokens and account identifiers necessary to publish content and pull reporting on your behalf. We do not access more than the permissions you explicitly grant during that connection.
Payment information. Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles that directly and shares with us only your subscription status and billing history.
Usage data. We automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, to help us maintain and improve the platform.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
Service providers. We use trusted third parties to operate the platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
Meta Platforms. When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we interact with Meta's APIs to publish content and retrieve insights on your behalf, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Seaglass HQ, our users, or others.
When you set up a client portal, your client may access content calendars, ad briefs, and reports through a password-protected link you configure. The information visible in a client portal is limited to what you choose to share with that specific client. Client contacts do not create Seaglass HQ accounts and are not treated as platform users for the purposes of this policy.
We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a reasonable period in case you wish to reactivate, after which it may be permanently deleted. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@seaglasshq.com.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and row-level access controls that ensure agencies can only access their own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Seaglass HQ is intended for business use by agency professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform before the changes take effect.
